Do I still own my property?

You retain full legal ownership of your property at all times until it is sold on the open market. L.A.B Equity Partners does not purchase your property, take an option, or require a transfer of title prior to sale.
What does L.A.B actually provide?

L.A.B provides 100% of the agreed renovation capital, full project management, contractor sourcing and oversight, cost control, quality management, and market repositioning for sale. You are not required to fund or manage the renovation yourself.
How long does the process usually take?

Most projects complete within 3–6 months from start to finish, depending on scope and market conditions.
How do I know if my property is suitable?

The first step is a no-obligation property assessment. If the numbers do not protect both parties, L.A.B will not proceed.
